Booking Confirmation
A rental or event hire booking is only confirmed when Shisha Society has accepted the date, location, service scope and any required payment or deposit terms in writing.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate event, location and contact information.
- Use rented equipment responsibly and only for the agreed purpose.
- Return equipment in the agreed condition and at the agreed time.
- Follow any handling, safety or care instructions provided by Shisha Society.
Deposit, Loss and Damage
Deposit amounts, ID requirements, loss rules and damage charges must be confirmed in writing before the rental is accepted.
Delivery, Setup and Collection
Delivery, setup, collection and event support are confirmed per enquiry. Availability may depend on location, timing, quantity and event requirements.
Cancellations
Cancellation timing, refunds and rescheduling rules must be confirmed in writing before booking confirmation.
